Hello, my name is Ronnie and I am builder, born and bred in London, I started off nearly 30 years ago working with my dad, and have now taken over the business with my son, I am fully committed & driven to provide outstanding quality at a fair price. First class job. Dec was easy to contact and very responsive. He turned up exactly when he said he would and was amazingly clean when working. When he had finished, you wouldn't have known he had been, apart from the fact that we had lovely new smooth ceilings. We have a some other ceilings needing a skim and we certainly won't be looking elsewhere for a skilled plasterer to carry out the work.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.
