Each member of the team cracked on as soon as they arrived And kept us informed at all times of when they would be arrving. As of today, the job has been paid for in full (in cash) but remains unfinished. The shower hasn't been fitted, the cupboard units are poorly fitted-a bracket broken in one of them, a cupboard handle lost which he expected me to replace, the painting and finishing is shoddy - lumps of grout left on the tiles. I have had quotes running into hundreds to complete the fitting & improve the finishing - after paying in cash and trusting in a professional job - nightmare!

Richard came to inspect the roof on the Friday and offered to do the work over the weekend, weather permitting, for £120 inclusive of materials and labour. As Sunday was the best day for dry weather, he came around mid-morning and worked on our roof for about three hours, replacing the damaged ridge tile, reseating (cementing) the other ridge tiles, replacing moisture barrier, checking all of our roof tiles and removing and replacing a disused heating vent. Prompt, pleasant, polite, professional! Excellent!
