The work was tidy and James was able to talk me through the issue he saw and steps we would take before commencing the work, handy for long distance landlords. Timing skipped due to an medical issue.
Would recommend Jim without any hesitation. He charged a very fair rate, I felt completely comfortable leaving him my house keys when I went to work, he worked a very long day to complete the job, finished it to a great standard and left the whole place immaculate.
