Maybe could have done a site visit initially as unfortunately the first time they came to fit the windows they realised there were no lintels so couldn't fit then but came back a couple of weeks later on a Saturday to try and fit in their busy schedule. Within a few hours of the job going up Chris was here, it was a tougher job than expected as our leak was behind tiles. It turns out the kitchen filters had caught a pipe and tried to cover it rather than repair properly. Chris took photos and videos for our insurers resulting in a successful claim, he fixed the leak and also did everything he could to keep the cost down - testament to his honesty and years of experience.
