Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. I was concerned about using a new company but Marc Burrows, a director, seemed extremely competent and confident, was keen to win the business and assured us he could accommodate our schedule, so we signed the contract on 9/2/2016 to have our boiler replaced and relocated on 21/03/16. Since then there has been no further contact. He has not replied to e-mails or text messages, phone calls unreturned both mobile and head office, and no-one turned up to do the job. Totally unreliable, do NOT use, ever!

Job was actually pretty ok such a shame they left my home in a state. No cleaning up after the job even though Paul stood for two days saying how much his guys respected peoples homes then on the final day stepped over it all to leave. Damage to paintwork, knocked a plug out of its socket and broke my hoover. This could have all been discussed and made right but unfortunately it wasn’t and we were left with a bad taste with it all and the owner only really wanting to discuss payment. Such a shame
these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....

Extremely unprofessional and ignorant. They accepted my job on here, but apart from one message they send me on chat thing, then they not been in contact since. I can see they've read all 5 of my messages I sent to them, and ignored every one. They accept my job and then been out of contact and ignore all my messages on chat which show as read. So now I have to re list my job on here and start again. Which they are at fault for. Avoid this ignorant unprofessional person.

How can i know the job was going to be rubbish until it had dried. As i said i have tried jet washing the wall and it will not come off. I have spent several hrs trying to get all the footprints off the pavement and it hasn't come off. I did say i was happy with the job before it had dried then everything could be seen. Please see the pictures as i don't understand why you are saying i am lying for a refund when you can see yourself.
