Very prompt reply to my request to renew guttering and downpipe. When flags were lifted to fit downpipe they advised me that cast iron soil pipe had corroded and needed replacing. Fortunately they were able to carry out this job too at the same time. Billie and his team did a great job. They were friendly, reliable and committed to solve our problem quickly. Tidied and removed all rubbish and materials. I would certainly recommend this company .

No proper quote. Roof leaking after first rainfall since installation. Refusing to come round to rectify. Threw bits of my roof onto neighbours skylight causing damage. Refusing to answer calls to come and fix that. Awful. if I could give zero stars, I would.

Contractor incorrectly fitted replacement flat roof EDPM ie edge trims screwed through membrane from above and effectively puncturing the new roof, potentially leak point, should have been fixed from side. Badly fitted trim, didn’t use capped screws, resulting in a poor finish, I pointed this out when they completed work, said they would return to rectify next day if I paid them promptly, which I did, needless to say the contractor never came back to rectify. Would definitely NOT recommend this outfit!
