A wonderful neat job on replacing a whole roof including batons, felt, membrane, soffiting, facia, gutters and downpipes. Great choice of replacement tiles. Very quick to go to site to quote, including close up photos of problem areas, quick to produce the quote and quick to start the job. Had terrible weather, but made an excellent job and plenty of close up photos again to see the result of the work done. The quote was also the amount charged, not extra, extra extra....!

No proper quote. Roof leaking after first rainfall since installation. Refusing to come round to rectify. Threw bits of my roof onto neighbours skylight causing damage. Refusing to answer calls to come and fix that. Awful. if I could give zero stars, I would.

The work was neat and tidy and they cleaned up thoroughly after - no mess left for us. Aaron discussed in detail the problems discovered and has suggested further minor work to improve ventilation in the roof - which we will have done.
