Jake was very affable and patient. When providing me with a quote, he answered all my questions (and follow up questions). I thought his pricing was competitive. Despite working alone, Jake was able to tear up and lay two of my flat roofs. His finish seems very good and considered how rain water would flow to the outlets. Very communicative and transparent too.
