It was what lead us to being happy to hire Tim. He did exactly what he was hired to do and gave advice on other areas of house maintenance. We required an upgraded central heating system and decided to rewire and add some new electrical points at the same time. Tony assessed the work, and demonstrated that we didn’t need a full rewire, so his honesty saved us spending money we didn’t need to. He carried out the rest of the job working around our homeworking and disability requirements without disruption. Really pleased with everything.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.
Pete is a very reliable builder. He turned up on time, completed everything in the time agreed, and liased with building inspectors on our behalf. We would highly recccomend him and his team for anyone who who needs a reliable builder; who doesn't need supervision, and takes the stress out of contacting building inspectors. Excellent job, very happy.
Ross has done a fantastic job of rewiring our home, and adding additional sockets, extractors, and smoke alarms. He's a very friendly, reliable, hardworking and polite tradesman and I have already recommended him to others. Rewiring is normally one of the most hated refurb jobs for homeowners, but Ross was so organised, clean and tidy it really was a stress-free experience. The finished result is great. A definite 10/10, and we're very glad to have found him!
