after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.

We provide full electronic reports for all work with before and after pictures attached. We do not subcontract out work as we believe in keeping control of the quality of work. We also have our own waste division with tipper vehicles so you don't need to have skips delivered and taken away.
