Luke and team came out to view the job. His communication was excellent working the appointment around my available and turned up bang on time. He reviewed the problem with the drain and managed find a blockage and cleared it straight away. There was no charge for the unblocking as it was a simple solution but Luke offered some advice to ensure the issue won’t happen again and some potential fixes going forward. I will certainly be contacting CC drainage with any further issues and can recommend them highly

Hired to fit media wall and joinery. He has left the job paid but a mess. We can’t hang TV as it doesn’t fit into the space he’s created. He’s left doors hanging off, can’t even put a handle latch the correct way. Plastering work is below average and even made 6 cuts in a length of skirting that only needed 2 because he obviously kept getting it wrong. Left electric wires hanging out. Hacked through the vinyl on the expensive doors. Made me wait in for 2 days to return and never bothered. Complete con man.

They left the site tidy after they had finished and, given that the new flat roof withstands the future weather, all should be well. They're reliable and we would use them again. Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

Quote received, arranged date for work but on the day advised was unable to do it. Rearranged a further date and did not turn up.
Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Job was actually pretty ok such a shame they left my home in a state. No cleaning up after the job even though Paul stood for two days saying how much his guys respected peoples homes then on the final day stepped over it all to leave. Damage to paintwork, knocked a plug out of its socket and broke my hoover. This could have all been discussed and made right but unfortunately it wasn’t and we were left with a bad taste with it all and the owner only really wanting to discuss payment. Such a shame
