Ray and his team did an extensive refurbishment for me in Hackney . I didn’t know him before and took three quotes from other builders as is recommended . His pricing is competitive and he came up with a comprehensive quote . Plus he is an affable chap and seemed trustworthy. So we went ahead . The property refurbished is approx 130 sq m so it was a big job . Initial stages were stripping the property out and removing a huge amount of rubble . Alex and his team did an excellent job at our flat. They packed up all the furniture and covered whist painting all the rooms, radiators and living room bay window in our flat and also plastered and repaired a socket. Connor was great to deal with in organising the job and agreeing a budget and Wayne (who did the relaying) worked to a high standard and was courteous, professional and honest - he told me the flashing didn’t actually need doing, as what was already there was fine.
