My rating is based on customer service only. At this point I was seeking costs and advice of which I promptly got from Adam. Along with discussing the job I posted, we also talked about another job I have; He’s the first person to suggest checking / replacing a part other than my needing a new shower unit. He’s invited me to send pics so he can make a further assessment. I’m most likely to use this service when ready to do the work.

Most unreliable. Never done work. Book twice to come and do the job, never turned up. No phone call or anything. Why do these trades people always let you down. .
