the pavement stone work was fine, but the cladding stones are falling off. I thought it was just few, but now I have at least five pieces falling off.

The tradesperson was very keen to receive payment when the work was completed. I paid him within 24 hours on the promise that an invoice would be forthcoming. Despite repeated requests for the last 3 weeks no invoice has arrived...
