I had laminate floor done a few weeks ago. I am very satisfied with the work done. Anthony is a very tidy and meticulous . I would certainly contact him again if I need any other jobs done. He was quick to give me a quote and was flexible with when he could start on the job.

But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

We were hugely impressed by Courtney and his team. Everything came out on budget, and they were fast, reliable, and left the house clean and in order each day. Very nice people to work with, and can't recommend them highly enough. We are using his team again for an additional extension.

Very professional and good service. Had a problem of birds getting under my roof. Was quick to identify the problem and fixed it and also repaired my guttering all for a reasonable price. Very honest and when he finished the job said it didn’t take him as long as he thought it would and reduced the price he had quoted by 50 pounds. Value for money and would recommend.
