I have 10 years of vast experience in housing maintenance undertaking all aspect of maintenance, repairs and renewal jobs for a know letting company, I have also completed a HNC in Construction and Building Maintenance which allowed me to gain extensive knowledge in building regulation, bills of quantity and the process of housing building and maintenance.
I have undertaken various jobs throughout the years such as: minor electrical and plumbing jobs(installation of lighting fittings, kitchen appliances , replacement of bathroom taps, installation of wash basin, toilet and cistern, shower and bath tub), carpentry works such as installation of doors, windows, wood flooring, decking, installation of furniture, decoration jobs such as painting, wallpaper and many other.

Alex did a good job installing a timer on my immersion heater. He also moved the immersion switch so I could more easily reach it, and he did a second trip to get some another part that was needed. He was very professional - would recommend and use again!

Alex was unable to keep our first appointment, but arrived promptly on the rearranged date. First he replaced a double dimmer switch with a new LED-compatible one, quickly and efficiently. The second job was to rewire two telephone extensions from Virgin back to the original BT circuit. This proved more fiddly than expected, but he stuck to his task commendably and was finally successful. Polite, quiet, diligent, tidy and reasonably priced. Would use again, without hesitation - highly recommended.
