Really happy with the end result it looks better than what we had ever imagined it would be. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Did not get this company to do my job..could not in honesty let someone come to my house to do a job who didn't want to look at, or measure anything but knew it would cost £800 To do it...absolutely ridiculous, but not the only company on this site who try it on.

Dean and Rob worked very hard during a couple of incredibly hot days to lay our slate patio. Once the patio was laid however, quite a large number of the slabs were not set and were moving when stepped on. Unfortunately the guys didn't come back and fix the problem, which was disappointing.
We are a company with more then 26 years experience on all types of house refurbishment , loft conversion and extension. Undertaking internal decoration, painting, tiling, carpentry work, kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, loft conversion and external house work.
Totally incompetent job. He did not remove old flooring so no chance to dry out wooden flooring. Poorly fitted round some of the edges left with messy excess of silicone sealant and some skirting board left un painted. Also exta beads of sealant round worktop edges and sink. I have refused to pay and am looking through checkatrade for some one to correct the job
