Add to that: pleasant, completely reliable and easy to work with. Best of all, the rooms in my home that he did look amazing. I don't do this often, but I can't recommend him highly enough.

Jamie and his team came back to us promptly with a reasonable quote which was detailed and laid out clearly. He knew all our plant and tree varieties and gave us some very good advice - We have booked him again to come and prune some more trees and he is giving us some additional advice about a veggie patch. The team are very polite and easy to have around. I have recommended them to a friend.

Michael of Cytrek done a great job of restoring some of my rotten external window cills by removing the rotten wood and replacing it with new wood, plus filling, making them look virtually like new after he finished decorating them. He also done some Guttering and Roof repairs for me.

The early evening quoation visit worked for me and it was reassuring to have the job clearly explained and receive a thorough written quotation while not feeling under any obligation. We needed the job carrying fairly urgently and Andy was able to complete the job and produce a inspection report within the week. tricky job. slight scuffing of back window as large pane was carried out onto flat roof. should probably have fitted the seal they left in the van, instead I had to tell them to use mastik after the fact. same performance in the long run I hope and it is on the roof out of sight, but it would have been neater too.

I was very happy with Alex and his team who were very courteous when in the house. Alex responded positively to any additional request and was happy to move furniture as required. Although I didn't have the job done in the end (as the council had sorted the pipes whilst I applied for help) I just wanted to say that I did get a very quick reply, from Tom and he had been willing to come the very next day and give me a quote. Even though I explained it was a small job and as I'm disabled he'd have to do all the measuring up. He was still willing to come and at a time to suit me, so he deserves a few stars for helpfulness. Also for putting up with me canceling the job on the day after having second thoughts. I was not aware he'd had to pay rated people for my details. Which I think should be that they only pay if they get work! So thank you for your efforts. I obviously can't really comment on the quality of their work or their value but I give full marks for reliability for the quick call and offer to come the next morning to see the job. I will certainly be keeping their number for any work I need in the future.

Mark finished our en suite in just over a week. His work was of such a high standard, he was on time every day and nothing was too much trouble. he also has a great team of electricians / plasterers that work with him. Mark is friendly, respectful has a great sense of humour and he is also very trustworthy. For any women who live on their own and want a reliable plumber who won't pull the wool over their eyes I would definately recommend Mark. Hopefully mark will be coming back in the new year to fit a bathroom. I would not trust anyone else now! A great find.

Peter's initial visit and inspection was the basis of the quote, which was very competitive. Once work was underway, Peter paid very close attention to detail, fixing some pre-exisiting problems, and always keeping me advised of progress, checking if there was anything he was unsure of. Both the guys had good knowledge of what was required but they rushed the job and I had to have them back to make good. They did this with no problems and even reduced the price for the inconvenience. I would use them again but would make sure not to pay until I was satisfied with the work.
