Fabio is very responsive, courteous and punctual. I am very pleased with the work that Fabio did. The only constructive criticism I could level is that he should vacuum the carpets after installation (hence not scoring 5/5 on all counts) This was a vacant property installation so maybe he would have, if he could have borrowed a vacuum cleaner, but I rate tradesmen on leaving a site clean and tidy after completing their work. So they should carry all equipment to do just that.
