When I posted my floor tiling job Peter responded quickly. He is reliable, hard working, a skilled craftsmen and perfectionist taking great pride in his work. Nothing is too much trouble and all the work has been completed to a very high standard. He is very clean and tidy and was on hand to give advice on other projects around the house. This response to this request was very quick and the price quoted was good. The work was undertaken within days and completed as promised. The follow up job required was a separate issue and my initial rating was unfair. I withdraw the initial comments with apologies.

Chris came to see the job and promised a quote. After three weeks, despite chasing up several times, no quote has been given. Very disappointed
35 years experience, Always willing to help a real gas company from cookers, to boilers. Energy management advice, system condition assesment when moving home. unvented cylinders , services too numerous to mention with available space here just phone!
Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man

Stay away from this company. The refurbishment work was an absolute disaster. Henry left the flat unfinished and in a dangerous state (electricity not properly installed). Nothing was done correctly: tiling uneven, bathroom no waterproof and very poorly finished, no kitchen unit we straight just to mention a few things. We are starting legal procédure as the builders blocked our phone and don’t answer anymore. Stay away from them
