They were very quick to respond and were efficient, friendly, happy to help and paid attention to detail. They were quick to sort out any issues and answer any queries I had. Very happy with Tim and his son. Worked efficiently and without the need for a loud radio on - so important for me! My dog was a bit of pickle but they coped well and worked around her. Also met my husband's demanding criteria for the bathroom towel rail. Will definitely reuse Tim for our kitchen.
