I had a fairly difficult repair job due to old rusty components within the toilet. Although this took a little longer than expected to resolve the plumber was very determined to do a good job. He made sure I was happy with the end result and cleaned after himself.

I had a similar experience to the reviewer who posted a one-star rating. Rahman was friendly and hardworking during the job, but then proved to be completely unreliable. Over several months, he repeatedly promised to remove a large amount of timber left behind in my garden after the job, but simply failed to turn up. As I do not own a car, I now will need to pay someone to do it

Although Sigmund was able to do the job rather quickly, he still hasn’t given me a breakdown of costs and the parts that were used as I could not reconcile the costs that he said the parts were with what I’d seen online. Mind you I paid him the full amount soon after the job was done. I’ve rung, sent messages and asked multiple times but I am yet to receive anything. He did send me a very blurred partial screenshot which I couldn’t read anything. A bit disappointed to say the least.

He knew his stuff while quoting and filled me with confidence and gave a very reasonable price. Before starting any work he covered my floor with plastic to protect it and was very careful not to scratch any walls. His attention to detail was excellent, a rare tradesman who takes pride in his work and cares about the finish.
