We had this with Pawel. Everything was explained well. The job was not rushed. He took time to assess, review and evaluate. He kept us informed throughout the work. Price was reasonable also. This response to this request was very quick and the price quoted was good. The work was undertaken within days and completed as promised. The follow up job required was a separate issue and my initial rating was unfair. I withdraw the initial comments with apologies.

Chris came to see the job and promised a quote. After three weeks, despite chasing up several times, no quote has been given. Very disappointed

Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man
