I found that Denis to be professional, good at listening and observing what his customers need. He had a challenge in of fitting cupboards into eaves of a characterful, typically non straight lined Victorian cottage. He executed it well. He also put in a fitted wardrobe, partition walls and fitted a door and frame. I am changing this to ZERO (unfortunately unable to remove the 1 star). I found out today from a proper plumbing engineer that the tradesperson who installed my Triton Verne mixer shower in April 2023 had cross threaded the nut on one of the pipes on the shower operating unit, this was causing a permanent leakage. This tradesperson is ignoring my texts and phone calls. It is going to cost me a minimum £95 to get this work corrected. AVOID him as I have found out his work is shoddy. ZERO RATING
