Ben went above and beyond, he made sure the original problem was fully resolved and even spotted and fixed a few other related issues along the way, saving me from future headaches. He even checked back afterwards to confirm everything was still working properly, real attention to detail. The price was fair and transparent, no surprises. Ben, the plumber was excellent in every way. I will not hesitate to use him in the future if needed. He is the epitome of what a tradesman should be. He was punctual, polite, and courteous. I told him to leave his boots on, but he took them off anyway. The price was exactly as quoted, even though he had to go and get a part he needed, which took about 20 mins. The replacement bung he had was metric, and he needed an imperial sized one. He answered the job ad within 5 mins of posting it. 10 star performance.
