He was able to over me several options on the work I required, and also provided a quality of work that I could not find fault with. Do not touch this company he is not reliable Chris Morris or his partner Peter lutterer ! They started my work on a stable conversion and have not done anything right from the start they employ unreliable tradesman and also are not qualified tradesman ! They have contracted the work out to a reputable company as they both have no experience in this sizeable contract ! Please look into his background b4 agreeing any works with either of them ! Very bad experience from start to them not finishing the job !
We had agreed to £750 for cutting down, removal of four willows and clearing site. On the second day they asked for an additional £350, which we were not willing to pay as we had agreed a price previously. They remained to finish the job for the sake of 'customer satisfaction'. We've been distressed to find that large pieces of willow were left, floating in our pond and the fence is broken where they dropped logs into our neighbours garden after we'd been assured that they had cleared the site completely.
The Locksmiths are an established locksmith company, with over 10 years of experience in the trade. We pride ourselves in our exceptional attention to detail, fine workmanship and punctuality.
A few weeks after the repair the first problem occurred, I called them but they wanted to charge me a call out fee of £49.00 to have a look at it after I paid £150.00 to have it repaired. I refused thus called a different locksmith who noted that the cylinder was too short for the new lock and page security should have known this and changed it while fitting the new lock. Now I have a temperamental lock that works 1/20 called them again and was told I have to pay £49.00 to have someone look at it.
BEWARE ROGUE TRADER. Garage roof collapsed on first rainfall. Materials used inadequate. Workmanship substandard. Ethics non-existent. Pricing exorbitant. No attempt to rectify. Michael Duffy aka Michael John. Beware.
Their command of the English was limited; they were unable to take directions to get to my property. It therefore undermined my confidence they could expedite the works
Arranged viewing but never turned up!

Arranged an appointment at property for a repair quote. They didn't turn up.
Kent Kitchens approached us on the grounds of being experienced and reliable, but they proved categorically otherwise. The book-shelving was the worst job i've ever had done and will cost me a fortune to put right. All the tradesmen who have subsequently entered the property have been astonished at the shoddy workmanship I paid good money for. Despite Kent Kitchens claiming to have had years of experience, the job was badly planned and poorly executed and they were expensive and unreliable to boot. AVOID.
Liam came to sort my leaking roof on 1/11/19. Claimed there was more loose tiles on roof and charged me extra to put all of them in place- no pictures provided to prove this, like what other roofers do. Didn’t give me a receipt and promised to email this together with a 5 year guarantee he promised me for paying xtra. He ignored my texts and has now blocked my number. I’d never use him again and not I’m not even sure he even fixed the leak. Unprofessional, disgusting and don’t recommend. Wasted my £200.
