We had agreed to £750 for cutting down, removal of four willows and clearing site. On the second day they asked for an additional £350, which we were not willing to pay as we had agreed a price previously. They remained to finish the job for the sake of 'customer satisfaction'. We've been distressed to find that large pieces of willow were left, floating in our pond and the fence is broken where they dropped logs into our neighbours garden after we'd been assured that they had cleared the site completely.

very sad to hear Mr raw was unhappy with the service we carried out .when we worked very hard to clear all 5 willow trees not 3 as stated in the job description and agreed on a higher price for 5 willows which was never paid for. .which we did clear and took away with us .as for the fence that was all ready broke due to the storm damage , strange how Mr raw supplied us with pizza and tea all day while the work was being carried out

the pond was all ready filled with rubbish from the storm we was only there to cut and dispose of the 5 willow trees as agreed which we did .then once the work had been done Mr raw decided to make up his own price for payment.

Joe was delayed on another job , but kept me updated at what time he would be with me, he did a great job cleaned up before he left. I am very pleased with his work and will be using him again
