8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.

Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.
Ojr did an excellent job under challenging circumstances on the plastering job I had. They worked very closely with me to ensure the job was done well including working an additional day to ensure work was to the highest standard. Would recommend.

We were delighted with the outcome of our extension. The builders were brilliant, really hard working, courteous with the neighbours and the standard of work exceptional. If you’re looking for builders that are very professional, good value for money with high standards then I’d recommend Belfords.
Quoted £35 ... Tried to fix lights. After 45 mins the problem was not sorted and the price went to £100 to fix. So did not use. The new price included new wiring.
