Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Luke came round to quote and it was quick enough job to complete on the day. He went to source parts, put the new gutter in and Tidied up within an hour. Job done. I'm now just waiting for rain to make sure all is good but no complaints at this point.

8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.
Sorted the leak same day
Luke and his team were brilliant called Luke at 7am on a Sunday morning as we had water pouring through our roof they came straight out and sorted the leak with 1 hour! Can’t thank them enough
Log Cabins / Timber Framed Building
Had a carport to replace exciting one , Luke and his team came. And carried the work out ,it’s just trying to contact him once the work is done ignores your calls , which worries me with the 10 years warranty on it
Slate & Tiled Roof
Job: replace ridge tiles on bungalow. An old boiler flue ridge tile was redundant and when removed left a hole in the ridge. This was not filled in and when I checked in the loft later there was light shining through which meant that rain could also come in. Luke denied it was a problem but the next day the new tiles had to be stripped off taking 2 people 1.5 hrs. Today I cleaned out my gutters and found 6 metal brackets and 2 plastic strips left over from the job. Clearly deliberately left there. What next
