I was initially happy with the job, but it became apparent that some of the windows are sub-standard. Despite many requests, no manufacturers guarantee has been provided, and no Certass certificate either. Further investigation suggests Belfords are not fully Certass registered. I've now been chasing them for 4 months to remediate these issues, with no response.

I was initially happy with the installation of the new windows, but after a few months it became apparent that four of the windows were sub-standard. I have tried to get this addressed for the last 6 months without success. Also, I have not been provided with any manufacturers guarantees, or CERTASS certification for the installation. Further investigation has revealed that Belfords are not fully registered with CERTASS.

Fantastic builders. From start to finish profession and clean, they went above and beyond what was expected and kept us informed throughout. I was so impressed how clean the house was during the build considering the number of walls they cut through. All round excellent work and I would thoroughly recommend. If I have any further work, o would hesitate to use them again.
