Job half done. Wasn’t able to get to site on the day to manage, but assumed Mark was there as we’d had a few conversations and shared a few photos. Don’t believe now that he was. Promised multiple times to come back and finish but kept not turning up and blaming on workers letting him down. Never once letting me know beforehand. Now gone very quiet on WhatsApp chat so paid full price for half job.

Found on Rated People. Bathroom was fitted to a seemingly good standard and as expected, but over a week later a mark appeared on the kitchen ceiling this became bigger their was a leak coming from the new bathroom. Whilst issue was resolved, this puts a question mark over the quality of the workmanship. The water marks on the ceiling needed sorting this lead to a painter and plasterer visiting, but the painter expected the paint to have been dropped off, it wasn’t. Months later the job remains not done.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
