Came at short notice and got the boiler working, ordered a new part and completed the repair next day. Will contact again when any other plumbing issues arise.

Although the response was good, the tradesman told us to replace the whole unit of both valves rather than just change one of the defective valve motor which is onlt £28. So rather than a repair that only costs £28 parts and 10 minutes of work, the quote was for £200. This is a real rip off.
