Bathroom was fitted to a seemingly good standard and as expected, but over a week later a mark appeared on the kitchen ceiling this became bigger their was a leak coming from the new bathroom. Whilst issue was resolved, this puts a question mark over the quality of the workmanship. The water marks on the ceiling needed sorting this lead to a painter and plasterer visiting, but the painter expected the paint to have been dropped off, it wasn’t. Months later the job remains not done.

Just had to have stop cock replaced by emergency plumber only to find out upon dismantling the cistern cabinet that the flush pipe was incorrectly installed (at an angle) so wasn’t working properly also he had sat cistern straight on top of the water meter squashing the pipes below and now caused a pressure problem over the two years since installing hence causing the stock icl to blow and flooding the bathroom

Arrived, exactly the time was mentioned. Managed to free a stuck stopgap in no time at all. Polite and friendly. Definitely recommend.
