Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.

Hassan ended up doing additional jobs such as installing wood flooring in 3 rooms and an outbuilding, Painting and other odd jobs to ensure I was in a position to pass the property on to an agent ready for rental.
