Eduart, and his charming wife, were accommodating, punctual, personable and professional. Having sourced and collected my replacement radiator he did a great job installing it. My old system threw up a few tricky problems, none of which fazed him and all of which were tackled with skill, determination and patience. Work was picked up by another builder after I re-advertised it.

Had another that was q touch cheaper however, from the conversation I had, believed that the job would be of a better quality through D&S and was glad with my decision. came to do quote , seemed professional and rep, but then had to chase him up! He said he was just waiting on materials to come and said he’d be in touch soon as he had materials and said he’d be round the following week to carry out work. When I messaged just to confirm him coming he ignored my message and didn’t bother doing the job ! Very unprofessional!

after speaking to Cassandra from Rated people I have decided that the public need to know that Adam Radcliffe is a smoothe talker who knowingly has not applied k-rend to the specified manufacturers requirements and therefore the certificate for guarantee cannot be issued
