I needed my shower fixed so contacted rated people within a few minutes of doing this I got a call from Steven.he then arranged to call out to check it out for me. Within the hour. I was sure I needed a new shower but he checked it and I only needed a pull cord and a new fuse. Larry came out when others didn't. He provided a quote, explained exactly what needed done and the process. While doing the job asked, he and his team noticed some other issues allowing me to get everything done at once instead of in drips and drabs. His team also went the extra mile by fix a couple of broken tiles and clearing guttering while they were there. The team also cleaned up as they went along.

Initially felt Mervyn was great - quick to respond, worked quick, tidy and very personable. Unfortunately quickly after works were paid & completed we encountered problems with a toilet he installed and unfortunately it seems he does not stand by his work. Looking back at other reviews I can see this is a trend as he fails to respond . Disappointing as we had been highly recommending him and was considering him for other jobs but now have to pay another tradesman to fix his work.

30/11/23. Ideal Engineer was arranged to come out to check installed boiler by Boiler Tech. Hot and cold pipes where discovered to be reversed and attached opposite ways. Which needed corrected by another plumber before two parts of the boiler were replaced. Boiler engineer stated the parts failed because the system wasn’t flushed prior to installation. Documented by Ideal.
