Very disappointed with this "tradesman" and his work. Things went well initially with Mervyn helping to design our bathroom refurb. The work itself seemed to go reasonably well but he when he was called back to fix a leak in the shower this wasn't done adequately. More and more silicone was added, without fixing the leak. Eventually, when the shower leaked so badly that water poured through our living room ceiling, this guy wouldn't even answer his phone. My advice would be to avoid.

Mervyn & Ryan did a first class job in our bathroom. We are delighted with the finished job. Great attention to detail. And very pleasant to have working in the house. Would definetly recommend them to my friends.

Excellent friendly professional service. The job changed slightly but nothing was too much bother. Highly recommend. Reliable and good value.

Initially felt Mervyn was personable, on the ball and great to work with. Quick to respond and worked tidy. However after work was complete and paid we quickly encountered problems with a toilet installed. Unfortunately there is no follow through with his work. Very disappointing as we were recommending him and considering using him for future jobs. Now we need to source someone else to fix a job by rights that he should have stood by.

Mervyn was very efficient, clean and tidy work and left a professional finish to the bathroom refurb. I would have no problem recommending to anyone.(First Class)
