I needed a massive clear out of my dad’s garden after he had to move into care. Going from a very busy (which had become completely overgrown) garden to something that was zero maintenance for my mum. Bill and his team were punctual, talked through exactly what they would do and provided a good quote. Job was done to a good standard and they dealt with my 87 year old mum really well too. Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man
