Initially took some time to get the surveyor to view the job, and communication not great, however job priced and went ahead. Plumber completed job quickly, new radiator worked well and drains much better, though not perfect. Waste water continues to come up kitchen sink so this is not fixed. Following completion of the work and speaking to other trades, I discovered that £500 was very pricey for a replacement radiator and drain cleaning. Will be more discerning in future.

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man
