They took great care to clean up after the job was finished and discussed what they were doing with neighbours to ensure everyone was happy with the progress and finished results. It turns out that it was an old email address on RP and the text number given on the RP screen is not actually that of the builder. Have moved to 3 star accordingly. Work was picked up by another builder after I re-advertised it.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Had another that was q touch cheaper however, from the conversation I had, believed that the job would be of a better quality through D&S and was glad with my decision. Work completed efficency and to a high standard. Very happy with the job done and would recommend

came to do quote , seemed professional and rep, but then had to chase him up! He said he was just waiting on materials to come and said he’d be in touch soon as he had materials and said he’d be round the following week to carry out work. When I messaged just to confirm him coming he ignored my message and didn’t bother doing the job ! Very unprofessional!
