I was very impressed with Steve and his team of builders.They worked hard and followed my requirements to produce a very professional finish to my new wall. They took great care to clean up after the job was finished and discussed what they were doing with neighbours to ensure everyone was happy with the progress and finished results. Even wit a period of bad weather they still managed to finish on schedule.

As a customer with experience in construction I cannot recommend Steve and his team highly enough. The communication from the beginning to end of the job was excellent, the level of workmanship exceptional and the team of guys on site were all hardworking and trustworthy. I will be recommending SPC to all future colleagues and friends.

Steve and Co have been very reliable delivering our 100sqm basement conversion on time and on budget. I would recommend SPC to anyone. Originally contracted to lower an existing floor, SPC have been instrumental in keeping the project moving, liaising with structural engineer, damp-proofer and helping to organise numerous trades; electrician, plumber, carpenter, plasterer. SPC have been a huge asset as our project developed, we could not have done it without them. Definitely on the Christmas card list!

We were very impressed with SPC especially with regards to the way they worked with the Engineer and carried out the underpinning. SPC worked in the house for several weeks whilst we were away and we were pleased with how well the project developed in our absence. We would certainly use SPC again and recommend them to others. My only suggestion would have been a more formal handover at the end of the project when management of the various tradesmen became our responsibility rather than the builders.

Delighted with SPC's quality of work and friendly approach - they were very flexible, kept me informed and did a great job, even though I was not on-site. Would highly recommend.
