I have over 20 yrs full experience of working within building covering small maintenance works through to Loft conversions and extensions . Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.
I required a kitchen gas pipe to be moved. Mr Munro identified unnecessary pipes, so he was able to make the route shorter and much better than initially expected. The copper pipes look very good as well. He was also able to help with another Plumbing job, I had. Very pleased.

Tips for future: Please do not go over dirty silicone with new ones without cleaning or removing the old ones. In future always provide your customers with a written quotation specifying the work. Always make sure to place a rag on the floor to protect surface and its very important to clean up afterwards.

We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!
