Tom put in a very fair quote and fit my job in within a couple of days. Always polite with good communication on his arrival time etc. Got to work straight away and even cleaned up the previous tradesmen's mess that was left previously as he went along. Job was completed to a really good standard and he cleaned up when he finished. Recommended.

David, Adam and the team they employed were very good. They talked through every aspect of the job beforehand and made the costs clear in the contract. The construction was of a high quality and all done efficiently. This construction was completed during lockdown and the team adapted and communicated well throughout the process. Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.

Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

Craig is still working for us doing the first fix and we are very happy with his work. His work is very good quality, very neat, quality pipes and fittings and he measures things correctly and uses a spirit level so everything looks perfect. He turns up when he says he will and works consistently hard all day. He communicates well, suggesting ideas and is extremely helpful and tidy. We would highly recommend him.
