My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for 10 years now and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more with the work they are receiving.
I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed.
Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.

Tom put in a very fair quote and fit my job in within a couple of days. Always polite with good communication on his arrival time etc. Got to work straight away and even cleaned up the previous tradesmen's mess that was left previously as he went along. Job was completed to a really good standard and he cleaned up when he finished. Recommended.

It's so refreshing to work with a builder who takes so much pride in their work rather than just trying to rush through it to make a quick buck. Tom is extremely meticulous in the way he works and is a perfectionist, leading to an amazing finish. He has worked on a couple of small projects for us, so we asked him to replace our front garden wall. He transferred a huge eyesore into an absolute masterpiece that has received loads of comments from people in the local area. I completely recommend Tom.
