There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

We have found drainage problems which the insurance company will not honour due to incorrect installation during this project. This has cost us dearly.

I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!
I am a carpenter with 15 years experience. Extensive range of work from door hanging to kitchen fitting and more. Knowledge in period features and restoration work. I have contacts in most trades and can project manage on larger projects if required.
Unfortunately did not turn up to quote on 2 separate occasions. Texted well after the arranged time to advise.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
