Didn’t finish the job I paid for- ripped me off for £10,000. I had to pay for both my garden and neighbours to be fixed which equaled the 10k. Do not hire this guy or anyone associated with the company - he will rip you off and leave you with huge bills. Do not hire and pay up front- if you are silly like me, you’ll lose money and any tools you lend them which is unprofessional. Stay clear and use trust a trader.com. Visit this guys office and you are threatened with violence - this guy Gicu is a bandit.

job took longer than estimated, very hard to discuss work with Enio when he does not speak fluent english. After job finished found radiator leaking, grout not cleaned off tiles, floor grout very poor and shower pump not even fitted after us showing Enio pump to check that it was ok and putting it in bathroom for fitting, it was just moved around and never fitted. I am still cleaning grout off wall tiles and will have to re-grout floor tiles, have booked a plumber to fix radiator and fit pump.

Again your comment is not correct. I had to leave before the cleaners finished, so could not have said that they had done a good job. Also they were supposed to do every 2 weeks, so how could I say 'see you next week'? Accuracy is not your strong point I see. Am not sure where you live but we don't get that much dust or dirt in 3 to 4 days... For reasons discussed over the phone I don't want your cleaners back in the house.

He was very quick to point out that he had already paid rated people in the same text as his quote, he quoted without seeing the job, just a picture I sent, without discussing detail of the job, and when I replied with details of what I expected to be done and asking what he planned on doing, he did not even bother to reply. He is rated as a gardener, cleaner, painter and decorator in the reviews. I think he is just tries everything, not what would inspire me to go with him for a job that needs experience

Ionut was prompt and fast . However would not snag minor items saying holes were not filled as needed silicone so he did not do them . asked him for a list for of materials and bought what he asked for …He never asked for silicone . now have to try and do it myself which defeats the object of employing a professional . He also was reluctant to work around furniture and quite unresponsive when asked to remedy things . Overall though a good job if he could address these minor issues he could be 5 *
