After waiting for some decent rain to check out how the new guttering and roof covering hold up, I can say they did a good job. Only giving 4 stars due to the fact there were a couple of very minor things I need to sort after the work which I wasn't aware of before (a tv cable and ladder need re-fixing from where they were originally).

Haki was excellent from start to finish. I asked him to replace some rotten decking, and he showed expertise, professionalism and attention to detail in his approach to select the right materials, and in constructing the new decking area. It was done on time and within the agreed budget, and Haki was a great communicator at every step of the way. He even fixed a broken fence panel that he’d noticed had become loose, without me asking - amazing!! I would 100% recommend Haki to anyone.

Every part of the service failed resulting in wasted money, time and damage which now needs fixing. Summary: 1. Rubbish removal destroyed new fencing materials. 2. Remaining new panels were damaged with a) rough, unsupported cutting and b) shoddy/misaligned screws 3. Attached horizontal panel when others were vertical. 4. Failed to align heights. 5. Used damaged materials, despite being asked and agreeing NOT to use. 6. Ignored our instruction during work & request to refund. In short a nightmare.
