Conservatory
Fitted the window but ended up cracking it. He was using a hammer to insert the inner strips to hold the upvc window. Also left one of the plastic corner protectors on the window whilst installing which can be seen at the corner of the frame. He charge £260 for removing the waste but ended up overfilling my black bin with the rubble which I've had to empty as the council will not take this rubbish. I've tried contacting the builder but there has been no response. Lacks understanding

Fitted window but required snagging. Window was fitted properly but one of the plastic corner protectors had been left in place whilst fitting which the window fitter offered to remove and correct the fitting.

Unfortunately I’m dissatisfied with the job S&D has done for 3 reasons: * they smeared with the cement mix all the brickwork they touched as well as the adjacent wall and the electric car charger * they left the rubble behind * they were going to leave the roof not weather sealed until I spotted and and fought for it to be mended
