Established over 80 years ago London Builders are FMB & NHBC registered & operate in Greater London providing a comprehensive range of services for residential properties from design and construction through to refurbishment, repairs & re-decoration.
They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. James completed a full flat refurbishment for me. New Bathroom, new radiators, complete redecoration of all rooms inc plastering, new laminate flooring. Nothing too much trouble, turned up on time and everything finished to a high standard. Fair price for a fair job. He even came back a few weeks later to finish off some work that couldn’t be done on the original job due to late fitting by another contractor (not him!). Would happily re-hire, and have already asked for another quote

I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.
