2 repairs out 3 successfully fixed. Promised to come back and repair the felt repair that had the glue come from a tile that had moved in the loft but didn't grant it as promised. Paid good money for the repair, so only fair to think this would of been done to a satisfactory standard as promised.

Following initial problems with the work, the roofing guys returned to put right the shortfalls which closed the job satisfactorily. However I had to oversee the work completion myself via Google Translate due to no instructions and poor communications to the work team. I am very pleased to finally conclude the job, but still await receipt for full payment made. RG24

No proper quote. Roof leaking after first rainfall since installation. Refusing to come round to rectify. Threw bits of my roof onto neighbours skylight causing damage. Refusing to answer calls to come and fix that. Awful. if I could give zero stars, I would.
